Blood Health
Nucleated RBC %

What This Marker Tells Us
Shows what percentage of cells counted are immature red blood cells still containing nuclei. These cells should not circulate in healthy adults.
Why It Matters
Indicates severe physiologic stress—such as major anemia, hypoxia, marrow disruption, or systemic illness.
How to Interpret Your Trends
Any percentage above 0% is abnormal. Rising values suggest worsening anemia or oxygen-delivery strain; declines indicate marrow recovery.
What Influences This Marker
Severe anemia, hemolysis, hypoxia, sepsis, marrow infiltration, major inflammation, heavy blood loss.
How Your Team Uses It
Coaches emphasize iron/B12/folate repletion strategies, adjust training load, and coordinate clinical evaluation when needed.
Related Signals We Also Review
Hemoglobin, hematocrit, reticulocytes, LDH, bilirubin, O₂ saturation.
